View Biography Dr. Turner is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Pre-Licensed Psychologist, and co-founder of Core Conditions Inc. His previous work experience includes: Valley Group Homes as a Residential Counselor, Fresno County Probation Department as a T.A.C. Officer, and FamiliesFirst, Inc as a Psychotherapist. He has over 20 years of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents. He holds a B.S. in Criminology, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Psychology. Dr. Turner has extensive training and experience in child, adolescent and play therapy as well as group psychotherapy.  Veronica ManzoProgram Manager View Biography Veronica has been employed by our organization since 2005. She has over 20 years working with severely emotionally disturbed children, adolescents, and families. Veronica has previously served as the Administrator for a RCL-12 residential facility serving pre-adolescent and adolescent females. She also worked as a Program Director for the UC Merced GEAR UP Program serving a cohort of 230 students. Veronica holds a B.S. degree in Psychology and is currently in the final phases of completing a Masters degree in Counseling with a Marriage and Family Therapy option and Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential. Veronica is a certified STRTP Administrator and certified Aggression Replacement Training facilitator. She co-facilitates both our Moral Reasoning Groups and our Social Skills Training Groups. |

 anthony garcia, LMFTProgram Manager View Biography Anthony has been employed with Core Conditions & DN Associates since 2019. He holds a B.S. in Social Work and an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy, both from California State University, Fresno. Anthony has provided psychotherapy to at-risk youth since 2014, working in both community-based services (Uplift Family Services) and school-based counseling (On-Site Counseling Program).  David Fox, MDPsychiatrist View Biography David Fox, M.D., is Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University in 1962 with a degree in Social Relations, and cum laude from Yale University School of Medicine in 1966. He completed his internship in Pediatrics and Child Development at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and did his psychiatric residency and fellowship at the Massachusetts Mental Health Center. He was on the faculty of Harvard Medical School from 1973-1977, and since 1977 has been a Professor of Psychiatry with the University of California at San Francisco. His professional experience is extensive, serving as the Associate Chief of Psychiatry at Valley Medical Center, and the Medical Director of the Renaissance Adolescent Center for Clovis Community Hospital, and was the director of Child and Adolescent Services at Cedar Vista Hospital. He also served as the Director of Psychiatric Training at Valley Children’s Hospital for 18 years. Dr. Fox is also a consultant to the California State Diagnostic School for Neurologically Handicapped Children. He holds certifications in Psychiatry-Neurology, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
